– Pseudo-nitzschia: Common
– Alexandrium: Present

* Impressions *
Partly cloudy and cool at the wharf this morning with a small swell rolling through.  The bait ball migrated to the sampling area about halfway through the collection.  Phytoplankton biomass was about the same as last week along with an increase in detritus/debris.  Net tow remains dinoflagellates, but the assemblage shifted to being mostly Akashiwo and Margalefidinium.  Pseudo-nitzschia were mostly delicatissima size and the Alexandrium counts increased.
